Thank you very much for the advices and links, her relatives will check these posibilites. Now they have problems with hemodialysis - they can go only at emergency room. What is the way to proof status of disabled dependent? Somebody suggested to contact an attorney? Is there other way? Thnaks Nikolay... see full post

Check with the Nevada State Dept. of Banking & Insurance to see if that is legal for them to deny her coverage under mother's plan.  Because she is a disabled dependent, there may be a loop hole which will allow her coverage.
